This is a small plastic ball like the balls in a gum ball/ candy machine that you pay a quarter and spin the knob and the affirmation comes out. Such a fun idea I wanted to offer it to my online people as well. Tell me the quantity and I will mail you the balls. Each ball has an affirmation that deals with the chakras.
