Every morning I spend time doing my morning routine meditating, saying affirmations, reading the Bible, praying, giving gratitude, stating intentions and I ask myself why? Why? Sometimes my answer is because “I Matter” sometimes it is because “I am Worthy” Sometimes my why is because it must be done and today is the day I am going to do it. When I am focused on my why i gather strength, courage, drive, and, energy to get things done.
People are so interesting. We don’t know why they do what they do. We don’t know what is happening in their life to cause them to say what they say and do what they do. We don’t know their why. Out of all the questions the why questions are the hardest and sometimes there is no answer at all. Why is this virus happening? Why do bad things happen to good people? Why are people hurting and losing their jobs? Why? Why? Why? Those why questions I cannot answer. When I am stuck in those why questions I need to stop, take a breath, and ask myself what can I do about it? What next? I do not have the answer to the why questions but I can focus on the actions I need to help with the what now?
In life, difficult situations have unanswered why questions and with setting goals it is very important to know your why and focus on it. Love and Blessings Patti
